What is Gamblers Anonymous?

Gamblers Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from a gambling problem.

The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop gambling. There are no dues or fees for Gamblers Anonymous membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions. Gamblers Anonymous is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy; neither endorses nor opposes any cause. Our primary purpose is to stop gambling and to help other compulsive gamblers do the same.

Gamblers Anonymous has but one primary purpose - to carry its message to the compulsive gambler who still suffers. We invite you to explore the pages of this website in order that it might help you or someone you know with a gambling problem.

What is I.S.O.?

The International Service Organization is the heart and nerve center of Gamblers Anonymous. It is the information outlet for all those who seek information about or help from the GA Fellowship.

Become a Life-Liner

Becoming a Life-liner is an important way for members to pay back to GA some of what has been freely given to us through the operation of the program. To become a Life-liner, contact the I.S.O.

GA Approved Literature

GA approved literature  to help each room know what is allowed to be displayed in the GA rooms.  The national guidance code of gamblers anonymous is very specific about this issue.
